The Wyman family is ready to make your stay at The Refuge Ranch Michigan Deer Hunting Lodge a truly memorable experience. The Refuge Ranch offers all-inclusive family friendly private lodging options for your hunting party or for family outings. Once inside the preserve the hunting lodge is set back one mile down a long-paved road in the heart of our property. The Michigan hunting lodge is surrounded by white birch, oak, and pines. Upon your arrival to the hunting lodge, you are greeted by a relaxing room full of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Refuge Ranch custom gift bag, and a custom designed kitchen and beverage menu for the duration of your stay.

Our Private Michigan Hunting Lodge is 7,000 sq feet nestled amongst some of the most beautiful woods Michigan has to offer. You will be able to stay in one of our 5 private bedrooms, enjoy 2 separate family rooms, an outdoor deck with firepit just 25 steps away from the Lake front. If you feel like getting a line wet, then you can enjoy your very own private fishing lake which is stocked with largemouth bass and hybrid bluegills. Do not worry about bringing a fishing rod we have those for you as well, along with complimentary Kayak usage and a Pontoon boat for up to (4) people. Still looking for something to do between hunts, enjoy one of our yard games like corn hole or our clay pigeon shooting range with complimentary clays, and like every good preserve we offer a covered shooting range for sighting in your whitetail deer hunting rifle.

Michigan Hunting Lodge Accommodations

Our Michigan Hunting Lodge has two floors of Accommodations for your hunting party. The entire second floor of our Hunting Lodge holds five private guest rooms. The first is our master suite or family friendly suite. It has two double beds and one bunk bed, an extra-large private family room or sitting area, private bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. This suite also includes an alarm clock, ceiling fan in each room, nightstands, dressers, and closet space for your gear. This is the perfect room for a family outing.

The next bedroom is our Lakeview room, like the name says it has an amazing view of our lake and is a very tranquil setting. The Lakeview room has a double bed, alarm clock, ceiling fan, nightstand, dresser, and closet space for your hunting gear. The next three rooms all have double beds, ceiling fans, alarm clocks, nightstands, dressers, and additional closet space for your convenience. These four bedrooms share two bathrooms between them. We will never have you share a bathroom with someone outside of your hunting party.

The main floor of our Michigan Hunting Lodge has two large family rooms, each has sectional sofas with plenty of sitting room to relax and unwind. The main room or great room has an amazingly large stone fireplace and built-in stone bar with refrigerator and separate wine refrigerator (BYOW). Each has TVs with Dish Network and WiFi. The second family room is a little less party friendly but makes up for it with its own card and gaming area.

The Onsite Cook/Chef provides home cooked meals like Roast Pork, Fish, Cordon Bleu, Lasagna and much more. We will be sure to create your very own custom menu before you arrive. The kitchen area has complimentary snacks available 24/7 and you will have the ability to try some tasty specialty jerky like Elk, Buffalo, Ostrich and if we are lucky enough to get some Gator that is a real treat. Let us not forget that morning cup of coffee as our Keurig Coffeemaker will be ready to go when you are.
